Refund and Returns Policy

FJTradingLLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, returns, and exchanges.


1. Returns

 We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags (if applicable).
  • Certain items perishable goods, personal care items, or custom products. may not be eligible for returns.

To initiate a return:

  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved Refunds Will Be Processed As Follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 1–4 Business Days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-refundable items:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Gift cards or store credits are not eligible for refunds.


3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please follow the return process above. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within  7 days of receiving your order at +971 58 610 3701.
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect and your order details.
  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal hygiene products (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


6. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
